Performance Features:
1. This machine uses a built-in classifier instead of the screen of traditional models to adjust fineness.
2. By adjusting the speed of the classifying impeller, the product particle size can be adjusted without stopping the machine.
3. The strong grinding airflow generated during system grinding provides strong cooling, with low temperature rise during grinding, especially suitable for processing heat-sensitive and fibrous materials with uniform product particle size.
4. Bearings and drive belts use imported components for a long service life.
5. Based on material characteristics, the grinding and classifying components are specially designed, upgrading from a general-purpose mill to a dedicated mill to further improve grinding efficiency.
6. Suitable for grinding materials of low to medium hardness (below Mohs 3.5). Special materials require customized material and structure improvements.
