CAM-Y Air Grinding Mill

The CAM-Y air grinding mill has a grinding chamber at the bottom and a classifier at the top, connected by a flange. Driven by the induced draft fan at the rear of the system, material is drawn into the mill under negative pressure. Driven by the high-speed rotating grinding disc, the material is rapidly flung onto the serrated liner around the grinding disc, repeatedly impacting and shaping it before entering the upper classification zone, where it is separated by the high-speed classifying wheel. The ultrafine powder passes through the classifying impeller and is delivered by conveying or collecting equipment to complete the grinding process.
