The CAM-Z ultrafine mechanical mill is a multi-purpose powder unit independently developed by our company, with significant technical advantages such as low energy consumption, high fineness, low wear, and comprehensive functionality, making it an equipment solution for many industries. It is widely used in lithium-ion anode materials (petroleum coke, needle coke), non-metallic mining, chemical, building materials, food, pharmaceutical, feed, new materials, environmental protection and other industries, as well as for ultrafine grinding, dispersion, and particle shaping of various dry powder materials.
Product Features
- 01Low energy consumption: integrates centrifugal, impact, and extrusion grinding in one unit, saving up to 40-50% energy compared with other mechanical mills.
- 02High fineness: equipped with a self-split high-concentration classification system; grinding particle size adjustable at D50 = 5-15 μm.
- 03Low wear: the grinding section uses composite wear-resistant new materials; the mill hammers use tungsten carbide wear-resistant material, and the liner uses chromium-molybdenum alloy, ensuring a long service life.
- 04The main bearing uses Japanese NSK, with oil circulation lubrication and water cooling, extending bearing life 2-3 times compared with grease lubrication.
- 05The mill main unit adopts both water cooling and air cooling to keep the temperature from rising during long-term operation.
- 06Comprehensive system control with over-current protection, and interlocked feedback control of feeding, classification, main unit, oil temperature, water temperature, and oil pressure.
