Product Introduction: The NE type elevator consists of a traction plate chain, drive device, upper section, middle casing, buckets, and lower section. The drive device is divided by structural form into two types: a motor plus reducer form, and a planetary cycloidal pin-wheel reducer form. By arrangement position, it is divided into left-mounted and right-mounted configurations.

Product Introduction

1. The NE type elevator consists of a traction plate chain, drive device, upper section, middle casing, buckets, and lower section.

2. The drive device is divided by structural form into two types: a motor plus reducer form, and a planetary cycloidal pin-wheel reducer form. By arrangement position, it is divided into left-mounted and right-mounted configurations.

3. The middle casing is divided into types with and without guide rails. By length, it is divided into standard and non-standard middle casings.

4. The lower section uses a counterweight box for tensioning. After installation, the box is filled with counterweight material.

01Adopts inflow feeding, so that each part of the conveyor and the material rarely experience squeezing and collision, ensuring stable operation and easy maintenance.
02The conveyor chain uses the face contact of plate chains, replacing the point contact of traditional bucket-elevator ring chains, greatly improving service life; the conveyor chain can last over five years.
03With inflow feeding and gravity-induced discharging, the bucket has a high linear speed (15-30 m/min) and no return flow, so its power is only about 40% of a conventional ring-chain bucket elevator.
04High operation rate, capable of trouble-free operation for over 30,000 hours.
05Large conveying capacity, ranging from 15 to 800 m³/h.
06Good sealing, minimal environmental pollution.
07Easy to operate and maintain, with few wearing parts.
