Material is fed evenly into the grinding chamber by the feeding system and subjected to the strong impact of the high-speed rotating grinding disc. At the same time, under centrifugal force, it collides with the grinding toothed ring and is acted upon by combined forces such as shearing, friction, and collision, causing the material to be ground. The ground material moves with the airflow to the classification zone, where the classifying wheel adjusted by variable frequency separates coarse and fine material. Products meeting the fineness requirement enter the cyclone collector and dust collector with the airflow, while coarse material returns to the classification zone for secondary grinding.
