Process Description

Raw material enters the mill grinding chamber through a metering feeder. The material is subjected to mutual impact, collision, friction, shearing, and extrusion with the high-speed rotating grinding disc and particles to achieve ultrafine grinding. The ground material is conveyed by the rising airflow to the impeller classification zone, where, under the action of the classifying wheel's centrifugal force and the fan's suction, coarse and fine powders are separated. Qualified fine powder is conveyed by the conveying fan into the desulfurization tower and flue gas duct for reaction, while unqualified powder is returned by the internal classifier to the grinding chamber for re-grinding until qualified.
