Tire Pyrolysis Carbon Black Deep Processing

Pyrolysis: Continuous pyrolysis equipment is used to crack out coarse carbon black under high temperature and with a catalyst under negative pressure, and to neutralize part of the corresponding ash.

Iron removal: An automatic high-intensity magnetic separator further separates the steel wire mixed in the carbon black.

Ultrafine grinding: A mechanical ultrafine grinding and classifying mill grinds the coarse carbon black to the fineness required for filler, d100<45um, with 325-mesh sieve residue<0.001%. Or, according to downstream application requirements, it produces 600-mesh, 800-mesh, 1500-mesh, and 2000-mesh carbon black ultrafine powder.

Activation modification: A continuous coating modifier modifies and modifies the carbon black surface through a coupling agent, increasing its compatibility with the polymer and improving the affinity between the two.

Pelletizing: A continuous wet pelletizer makes the qualified carbon black ultrafine powder into carbon black pellets by adding a certain amount of water and binder, without affecting its market application, optimizing the packaging process and reducing packaging and transportation costs.
