Product Introduction

The electromagnetic vibratory feeder feeds material by using an electromagnetic vibrator to drive the feed trough in a linear reciprocating motion along an inclined direction. When the vertical component of the trough's vibration velocity exceeds gravitational acceleration, the material in the trough is thrown up and moves forward in a parabolic trajectory; the throw and fall are completed within 1/50 of a second. Each vibration of the trough throws the material forward once, and with the trough vibrating back and forth at a frequency of 3,000 times per minute, the material is continuously thrown forward to achieve feeding.
