Product Introduction

The KB-T bulk-bag unpacking device uses a lifting device to hoist the bulk bag onto the frame of the unpacking machine, opens the bag-clamping device, places the lower discharge port of the bulk bag inside the bag-clamping device, closes the bag-clamping device, unties the bulk-bag rope, and starts operation. During discharge, patting aids the flow to increase discharge speed and ensure no material residue. This device effectively protects the production environment, reduces labor intensity, and improves production efficiency, solving the problem of large bags caking and bridging that makes discharge difficult due to moisture absorption.

1. Polymers (polypropylene, polyethylene, polystyrene, PVC, polycarbonate, polyester, nylon, polyoxymethylene, ABS, etc.)

2. Chemical raw materials (urea, ammonium bicarbonate, ammonium nitrate, sodium nitrate, lithium nitrate, chloroacetic acid, potassium chloride, potassium hydroxide, industrial salt, etc.)
