KB-TB Fully Enclosed Bulk-Bag Unpacker (Bag-Breaking Type)

Weifang Peman Powder Equipment's bulk-bag unpacker is mainly used for the unpacking and discharging of 500-2500 kg bagged materials. Depending on customer needs and whether the bags can be recycled, there are mainly two unpacking methods: one is manual bag opening, a manually operated bulk-bag unpacker that does not break the bag, so the bag can be recycled; the other is an automatic bag-breaking bulk-bag unpacker, where a bag breaker breaks the bag, speeding up unpacking, but the bag cannot be recycled.

The principle of the bulk-bag unpacker is to lift the material bag to the inlet via a forklift or electric hoist and press the bag. After manually opening the package's discharge port or automatically breaking the belt, the flow control valve and the accompanying rolling or patting device are opened to let the material in the package fall into the lower hopper by its own weight.

The bulk-bag unpacker not only effectively protects the production environment, reduces labor intensity, and improves production efficiency, but also meets the user's need for dust-free feeding.

The fully enclosed bulk-bag unpacker is an automatic bag-opening device for large-bag packaged materials such as food additives and plastic resins, i.e., dry powder and granular materials. It is a large-bag opening machine integrating pneumatic patting flow aid, vibrating flow aid, and dust removal. It features a high degree of automation, fast bag opening, low power, and good environmental performance.
