Product Introduction

The CBM-P pin grinding mill is an ultrafine grinding unit developed by our company based on the absorption of foreign powder technology. It is suitable for grinding low- to medium-hardness materials, and all performance indicators meet international standards for comparable machines. It is designed with four rotor structures. Depending on the grinding requirement, pin-type, rotor-type, disc-type, or beater-type rotors can be selected: the pin type is suitable for ultrafine grinding and sticky materials; the rotor type is suitable for brittle and fibrous materials; the disc type is suitable for plastics; and the beater type is suitable for pre-crushing and coarse crushing.

Working Principle

　　 Material is fed evenly into the grinding chamber by the feeding system and subjected to the strong impact of the high-speed rotating grinding rotor, while also experiencing friction, shearing, and other combined forces between the stationary disc and the toothed ring, causing the material to be ground. Depending on the material properties, different combinations of rotating and stationary disc structures can be used to meet different grinding needs.

Various rotor structures are available. Depending on the grinding requirement, pin-type, rotor-type, disc-type, beater-type, D-blade shearing-type, and other rotors can be selected. The pin type is suitable for ultrafine grinding and sticky materials; the rotor type is suitable for brittle and fibrous materials; the disc type is suitable for plastics; and the beater type is suitable for pre-crushing and coarse crushing.
