Product Introduction

The MQL fluidized-bed jet mill is a device in which compressed air is frozen and filtered, and after drying, a supersonic airflow formed by nozzles is accurately injected into the grinding chamber. Under the action of the airflow, the material enters a fluidized state and is accelerated; the accelerated material then converges at the intersection point of the jet streams from multiple nozzles. After converging, the material collides with each other under the high-speed airflow and then undergoes continuous friction and pulverization, and after cyclic processing achieves ultrafine and superfine pulverization.

This MQL fluidized-bed jet mill is widely used in mining, building materials, abrasives, chemicals, refractory materials, battery materials, ceramics, new materials, environmental protection food, pesticides, metallurgy, pharmaceuticals, feed, and other industries, as well as for the deagglomeration, particle shaping, and ultrafine pulverization of various dry powder materials.

01Wide grinding size range, finished particle size adjustable from 3 to 180 micrometers; complete model range, with 5-3000 kg/h models available.
02For flammable and explosive materials, inert gas can be used as the medium for fully enclosed grinding, with the inert gas recycled and extremely low loss.
03Low-temperature, medium-free grinding, especially suitable for low-melting-point, heat-sensitive, sugary, and volatile materials.
04High degree of automation, strong stability, and easy operation.
05Negative-pressure production, no dust pollution, excellent environment.
06No material residue in the grinding chamber, no dead corners, easy to disassemble and clean, convenient for changing varieties, meeting GMP requirements.
