Product Introduction
The TS grit separator adopts a shaftless screw design. The mixed liquid is fed into the upper part of the separator; the residue settles by gravity in the separation tank, and the rotation of the shaftless screw gradually pushes the grit along the 25° U-shaped trough to the outlet, where it falls into a collecting container for removal. The separated water is discharged through the overflow port of the separation tank, improving the operating environment and facilitating off-site transport.

- 01The drive unit uses a shaft-mounted parallel-shaft helical gear reducer, with a compact structure and smooth, safe operation;
- 02Recovery of particles larger than 0.2 mm can reach 96%;
- 03The U-shaped trough is lined for strong wear resistance and long service life, and is easy to replace;
- 04The machine is fully enclosed for a better operating environment, and the frame is fixed with expansion bolts, requiring no embedded parts;
