GL Tubular Chain Conveyor

      The GL series tubular chain conveyor is specifically designed for the continuous conveying of powdered, granular, and small lump bulk materials. It can also operate in horizontal, inclined, and vertical combined conveying, and its pipe diameter and length can be adjusted according to customer needs to meet the requirements for conveying different materials. This conveying equipment consists of conveying pipes, a reducer, a drive motor, a power switch, chains, chain plates, a transmission housing, an inlet, and an outlet, among other related components. During material conveying, the tubular chain conveyor offers the large conveying capacity, long service life, low maintenance cost, good sealing, safety, and low energy consumption of an en-masse conveyor, while also providing the vertical conveying capability of a bucket elevator, with flexible layout (horizontal-to-vertical / inclined-to-horizontal) and high sealing performance. In vertical conveying there is no material backflow, no damage to the material, and no dust emission. For conveying moist materials, easily-adhering materials, and very low-density materials, an electric scavenger can be installed inside the housing.
