I. Overview of Tubular Chain Conveyor
The tubular chain conveyor is a continuous conveying equipment for powdery, small granular, and small lump bulk materials, capable of horizontal, inclined, and vertical combined conveying. Inside a sealed pipe, chain plates serve as the driving members to move material along the pipe. During horizontal conveying, the material particles receive the thrust of the chain plate in the direction of motion. When the internal friction between material layers is greater than the external friction between the material and the pipe wall, the material moves forward with the chain plate, forming a stable material flow. During vertical conveying, the material particles in the pipe receive the upward thrust of the chain plate. Because the lower feeding prevents the upper material from sliding down, a lateral pressure is generated, enhancing the internal friction of the material. When the internal friction between materials is greater than the external friction between the material and the pipe wall and the material's own weight, the material is conveyed upward with the chain plate, forming a continuous material flow. Powder materials can move in a straight line or change direction along the closed pipe in three-dimensional space; the horizontal conveying distance can reach 60 m, and the vertical conveying distance can reach 30 m.
The tubular chain conveyor, during material conveying, combines the large conveying capacity, long service life, low maintenance cost, good sealing, safety, and low energy consumption of the buried scraper conveyor, as well as the vertical conveying capability of the bucket elevator, while offering more flexible layout (horizontal-vertical/inclined-horizontal) and higher sealing performance. There is no material return during vertical conveying, no damage to material, and no dust generation. For conveying materials with moisture, materials prone to adhesion, or very light materials, an electric cleaner can be installed in the housing.

II. Performance Features of Tubular Chain Conveyor:
1. Compact structure, small space occupation, can change conveying direction in three dimensions, unaffected by terrain, angle, or height; conveying takes place in a sealed pipe with no dust flying.
2. Stable conveying process, with little internal movement between materials, less damage, ensuring material quality, suitable for abrasive materials.
3. No system blockage, suitable for conveying materials in various forms.
4. For mixed materials, no material stratification occurs during conveying.
5. Large conveying capacity, low energy consumption, greatly reducing equipment operating costs.
6. All moving parts operate inside a sealed space, safe and reliable.
7. Capable of long-distance conveying.
8. Multiple inlets and outlets can be deployed at will to meet process requirements.
9. Easy to realize centralized control and improve automation.
