Product Introduction

Peman's new generation of air classifiers is available in vertical and horizontal configurations depending on the material, and in single-rotor or multi-rotor designs depending on capacity. Developed through in-house R&D, it is a new type of classifying equipment capable of separating powders to different fineness levels. Technically, it adopts an impeller classifying system driven by a direct-coupled motor or a shaft-sleeve belt drive, and can be paired with a frequency converter for stepless speed adjustment to suit various powder fineness requirements, with a high degree of automation. The new single-wheel classifier has a compact structure and small footprint with strong versatility, and can be flexibly combined in series with a variety of equipment (surface modification machines, spheroidizing machines, roller mills, vertical mills, impact mills, etc.) to form a closed-circuit system.

Scope of Application

　　Suitable for forming a closed-circuit system with various mills (jet mills, ring roller mills, ball mills, Raymond mills, etc.) for secondary classification of fine powder particles.

　　The new single-wheel classifier can reach a classification fineness of 4000-5000 mesh.

Product Features

01Highly adjustable. Classification fineness is controlled by a variable-frequency motor, and the classifying system can be adjusted to obtain the target product as required.
02The vertical classifying impeller is made of wear-resistant material with high precision, stable transmission and a long service life.
03The secondary air system uses an electrically controlled air valve to precisely regulate the air volume, with a high degree of automation.
04High classification efficiency: as material passes through the high-speed classifying wheel and the swirling flow created by the secondary air, fine particles mixed with or adhering to coarse particles are further separated, improving both classification efficiency and precision.
05Fully automatic PLC control system,simple to operate, supporting centralized control, remote diagnostics and other automated and intelligent integration.
