Peman dry desulfurization grinding mills are specialized equipment for ultrafine powder grinding. The mainstream models are mainly vertical classifying impact mills, ring-roller mills, and vertical-axis ultrafine mills. They adopt an integrated design of mechanical crushing and airflow classification, achieving closed-loop operation of crushing, classification, collection, and conveying throughout, with no dust escape and no material waste for an environmentally friendly process. The specific working principle and core structure are as follows:
I. Core Work Flow
1. Metered feeding stage: The desulfurizer raw material is uniformly and stably fed into the grinding chamber through a screw conveyor and variable-frequency feeder, avoiding blockage and unstable fineness caused by uneven feeding. Fully enclosed conveying is used throughout to prevent raw material dust.
2. Ultrafine grinding stage: The high-speed rotor inside the equipment drives wear-resistant hammers, rollers, or grinding discs to operate at high speed. Under centrifugal force, the desulfurizer raw material is rapidly pulverized into micron-scale fine powder through the combined action of hammering, shearing, collision, and extrusion. The grinding chamber uses wear-resistant liners to effectively extend the service life of wear parts and is suitable for grinding high-hardness desulfurizers.
3. Precise classification stage: The mixed powder after grinding enters the classification chamber and is sorted by a variable-frequency dynamic classification wheel. Qualified fine powder with qualified fineness enters the collection system driven by airflow; coarse powder with excessive fineness automatically falls back into the grinding chamber for re-grinding, ensuring uniform discharge fineness without large particles, with fineness adjustable and controllable throughout.
4. Enclosed collection and conveying: Qualified fine powder is collected twice by a cyclone separator and a pulse bag dust collector, with collection efficiency as high as 99.9%. The collected ultrafine desulfurizer is directly sent to the desulfurization injection system through a tubular chain conveyor or pneumatic conveying device, achieving seamless connection between grinding and desulfurization processes.
II. Core Structure and Technical Advantages
The complete Peman sodium bicarbonate grinding mill consists of six core parts: main frame, grinding assembly, classification system, feeding device, dust collection system, and electrical control system, with three technical highlights: First, precise fineness control. The classification wheel features stepless variable-frequency speed regulation, and the discharge fineness D50 can be stably controlled at 8-25 μm and D90 at 15-45 μm, fully matching dry desulfurization process requirements. Second, low consumption. The optimized internal flow field design reduces unit energy consumption by 15%-30% compared with traditional pulverizers, with single-machine throughput covering 0.5-20 t/h to suit different scale conditions. Third, environmentally friendly and dust-free. Fully negative-pressure enclosed operation, coupled with a pulse dust removal system, keeps dust emissions below 5 mg/m³, meeting environmental requirements at industrial sites.
