01The grinding chamber is CNC-machined from two solid steel plates with no welds, no rotating parts and no dead corners, making it extremely easy to disassemble and clean - especially suitable for the production of sterile injectable and infusion drugs.
02The sealing system is machined on world-class CNC machine tools (HARDINGE, USA), ensuring that all design performance targets are achieved.
03Internal surfaces are electrolytically polished to a roughness of Ra = 0.4 μm.
04Narrow particle size distribution, accurate top cut, and adjustable particle size distribution.
05Complies with GMP, cGMP and FDA certification requirements.
06Supports CIP and SIP cleaning-in-place requirements.
07The entire grinding system is fully enclosed, with no dust emission.
08Can be manufactured to DIN, IDF, SMS, 3A and JIS standards.
