Small-Bag Packaging Machine

The open-mouth small-bag packaging machine uses a gravity free-flow feeding structure with three feeding speeds (high, medium and low), ensuring both weighing speed and accuracy. It features a simple structure and reliable performance, and is widely used for the quantitative packaging of free-flowing granules and powders into open-mouth bags.

5.  The packaging machine control system uses PLC program control with automatic/manual switching. Automatic mode is used in normal operation, while manual mode is for commissioning, maintenance and emergency handling, making operation simple and maintenance convenient.

6.  The weighing instrument is a high-sensitivity Mettler Toledo digital indicator featuring cumulative weight display, count display, shift totals, automatic zero calibration, automatic tare, automatic rejection of minor disturbances, automatic drop correction, out-of-tolerance alarm and fault self-diagnosis. The indicator is equipped with multiple communication interfaces for networking, real-time monitoring, remote control and networked system management.

7.  The bag-hanging mechanism can be adjusted up and down to suit the bag size, accommodating various bag types and packaging specifications

8.  Both the electrical and pneumatic control cabinets use a dust-proof structure with good sealing to avoid additional faults caused by dust contamination. The packaging machine is fitted with a dust collection port to prevent contamination of the surrounding working environment during packaging.
