In industrial powder and granular material automated feeding production lines, the FIBC unpacker is key equipment connecting raw material storage and the production process, dedicated to automated unpacking, discharging, and feeding of 1000-2000 kg large-bag packaged dry materials. Addressing the industry pain points of traditional manual unpacking, such as heavy dust pollution, high material loss, and high labor intensity, the Peman FIBC unpacker adopts a closed negative-pressure operation design, integrating unpacking, discharging, dust removal, anti-blocking, and conveying assistance into one, widely suitable for environmental desulfurization, chemical new materials, lithium battery new energy, building materials and metallurgy, food and pharmaceutical, and other material handling scenarios, and is standard equipment for the dust-free, automated, and safe upgrading of modern factories.
From the core equipment structure, the FIBC unpacker adopts a modular integrated design, with a compact overall layout, small footprint, and convenient installation and modification. The complete equipment consists of five core modules, each performing its own duties and operating in coordination. The frame support module uses thickened carbon steel or stainless steel, with a stable and strong load-bearing structure, suitable for heavy-duty continuous operation. The enclosed sealing module is equipped with a flexible sealing cover and automatic bag clamping mechanism, wrapping the bag mouth in multiple directions to eliminate dust leakage from the source and ensure operation enclosure. The discharging anti-blocking module is equipped with a high-frequency vibration flow-aid device, which can effectively solve the problems of material bridging, caking, and wall sticking, suitable for various easily retained powder materials. The dust removal and purification module adopts a negative-pressure pulse dust removal structure with high filtration precision, which can quickly absorb suspended dust in the chamber to achieve dust-free workshop operation. The intelligent control module is equipped with a PLC one-button control system, which can automatically control the whole process of feeding, discharging, dust removal, and vibration, with simple operation and no need for dedicated staff.
The equipment operating principle is simple and efficient, achieving automated closed-loop operation throughout. During operation, the FIBC is smoothly lifted by a forklift or electric hoist to the equipment work station, and the clamping mechanism automatically locks the FIBC bag mouth to form an enclosed operating space. Depending on the model, the discharge port is opened by automatic cutter bag breaking or manual bag untying, and the material falls naturally into the lower hopper by gravity. For materials with poor flowability, the vibration system continuously assists low-frequency material shaking to ensure no material residue during discharging. At the same time, the dust removal system starts synchronously, using the micro-negative-pressure principle to collect internal dust, and the filtered clean air is discharged, with dust recovered and reused, ensuring the workshop environment meets standards and reducing material loss. After discharging is completed, it can be connected to downstream conveying equipment to achieve fully automatic material entering, storage, and feeding.
According to the operation mode and use scenario, the FIBC unpacker can be divided into three mainstream models to meet the production needs of different enterprises. The first is the fully automatic bag-breaking unpacker, with a high degree of automation, no manual bag untying, and automatic cutter quickly breaks the bag for discharging, with an operation efficiency of 5-20 tons/hour, suitable for continuous and large-batch production in large factories, with the disadvantage that the broken FIBC cannot be recovered. The second is the semi-automatic bag-untying unpacker, with manual assistance to untie the bag mouth, enclosed dust-free discharging, and complete retention of the FIBC for secondary reuse, suitable for high-value materials, clean materials, and small and medium-scale intermittent production. The third is the explosion-proof customized unpacker, equipped with explosion-proof motors, explosion-proof dust removal, and anti-static structure, specially suitable for high-risk workshops such as coal powder, aluminum powder, and chemical flammable and explosive powders, fully meeting high-risk workshop safety production standards.
Compared with traditional manual unpacking and simple discharging equipment, the core advantages of the FIBC unpacker run through the four dimensions of environmental protection, efficiency, cost, and safety. At the environmental level, fully enclosed negative-pressure operation achieves a dust removal rate of more than 99%, solving workshop dust problems, avoiding environmental penalties, and meeting green production standards. At the efficiency level, automated operation replaces multiple manual workers, with unpacking efficiency 3-5 times that of manual labor, and can run 24 hours continuously, greatly improving production line flow speed. At the cost level, the equipment discharges cleanly without residue, reducing material loss to within 1%, while reducing additional costs such as labor salaries, site cleaning, and material waste, with extremely high long-term cost performance. At the safety level, no manual contact with materials throughout eliminates safety hazards such as dust explosions, manual high-altitude operations, and material cuts, adapting to modern enterprise safety production management standards.
At present, the FIBC unpacker can adapt to most dry powder and granular materials such as sodium bicarbonate, lime powder, activated carbon, cement, quartz sand, lithium battery positive and negative electrode materials, starch, and chemical particles. It can be used as a single machine or connected with tubular chain conveyors, negative-pressure feeders, silos, reaction kettles, screening equipment, etc. to form a fully automated material handling production line. The equipment supports material customization, explosion-proof customization, capacity customization, and dust-proof and moisture-proof customization, adapting to the differentiated needs of different industries, working conditions, and materials, helping industrial enterprises achieve standardized, dust-free, automated, and low-cost upgrading of the material unpacking process.
