       In this training, the instructor gave detailed and vivid explanations and demonstrations on corporate planning and personal goal positioning, production efficiency improvement, workflow optimization, and after-sales process optimization according to the characteristics of each position. During the training, to help employees accurately perceive personal and corporate goals and clarify their work goal positioning, a role-switching scenario simulation exercise was also conducted.
