Product Introduction

The new generation of Parman air flow classifier is divided into vertical and horizontal types based on different materials, and is further divided into single or multiple rotors according to production capacity. Through independent research and development technology, a new type of classification equipment has been developed that can classify different fine powder fineness. Technically, the impeller classification system adopts a direct connected motor or shaft sleeve belt drive, which can be adapted to a frequency converter to achieve stepless speed regulation and adapt to the adjustment of various fine dust, with a high degree of automation. The new generation single wheel classifier has a compact structure, small footprint, and strong applicability. It can be flexibly connected and used in series with various equipment (modification machine, spheroidizing machine, pressure mill, vertical mill, impact mill, etc.) to form a closed circuit system.


Scope of use

Suitable for various mill equipment (such as air flow mill, ring roller mill, Raymond mill, etc.) to form a closed circuit system and achieve secondary classification of fine powder particles.

The new generation single wheel classifier can achieve a classification fineness of 4000-5000 mesh.

The vertical graded impeller is made of wear-resistant materials, with high accuracy, stable transmission, and long service life.

The fully automatic PLC control system is easy to operate and can achieve automation and intelligent docking such as centralized control and remote diagnosis.
