Product Introduction:

The CBM-P sales rod crusher is an ultra-fine crushing equipment developed by our company on the basis of digesting and absorbing advanced powder technology from abroad, suitable for crushing materials with low to medium hardness. All performance indicators have reached international standards for similar models. There are four types of rotor structures designed, and four types of rotors can be selected according to different crushing requirements: pin type, rotor type, grinding disc type, and striking rod type. Pin type is suitable for ultra-fine crushing and crushing of viscous materials, rotor type is suitable for crushing brittle and fibrous materials, grinding disc type is suitable for crushing plastics, and striking rod type is suitable for pre crushing and coarse crushing.


Performance characteristics:

The characteristic of this machine is that multiple rotors can be used interchangeably, especially suitable for users with various crushing requirements such as scientific research institutes and enterprise units.


Component composition:

This machine is composed of components such as casing, door, rotor, stator, spindle, spindle air sealing device, and feeding device. A sealing ring is installed between the casing and door to prevent dust leakage. The material is quantitatively input into the crushing chamber through an adjustable vibration feeder to ensure uniform and continuous feeding process.


Working principle:

1. Rod pin type, striking rod type: The rotor and stator form a closed crushing chamber. When the material is fed into the crushing chamber through the feeding device, under the high-speed rotation of the rotor, the material also accelerates and rotates outward under the centrifugal force. During this process, there is a strong collision between the material and the pins on the rotor and stator, causing it to be crushed, and the more it is crushed outward, the more severe it becomes. Due to the 3-4 layers of pin rings on the rotor and stator, the crushing effect of the material is relatively sufficient. The rod pin type rod pin is relatively dense and suitable for ultrafine crushing; There are fewer striking rods, which are suitable for coarse crushing.

2. Rotary type: The electric motor drives the main shaft and turbine to rotate at high speed, sucking in a large amount of air through the high-speed rotation of the turbine, and the material and airflow rotate with the high-speed rotating turbine. The crushing area composed of grinding blocks on the turbine and screen ring has a compact structure, which allows the material entering the machine to tightly rub and strongly impact the inner edge of the turbine blades in the rotating airflow, and then grind again in the gap between the blades and grinding blocks. When the material meets the product fineness requirements, it is filtered out from the sieve and discharged through the lower chamber of the machine casing.

3. Grinding disc type: The material enters the crushing chamber composed of a stationary disc and a moving disc through the feed pipe. Due to the high-speed rotation of the moving disc and the action of the fan, the material is continuously sheared, impacted, and rubbed, causing the particles to become smaller and move outward. They are collected by the aggregate system through the discharge pipe.
