TM tower cyclone mill

Product Introduction

The Perlman TM tower cyclone mill is particularly suitable for the dispersion and reduction of agglomerated materials. A powerful eddy current flow field with a linear speed of 120m/s can instantly crush materials. The material has a short residence time in the grinding chamber and a low temperature rise.

Particle size range

D50:1~250um

According to the different materials and application industries, the production capacity and particle size range may also vary. Please contact our engineers to customize equipment that is more suitable for you.

TM tower cyclone mill

A depolymerization reduction crusher that integrates encapsulation, modification, and dispersion

Product advantages

1. The particle size of the crushed product is uniform, with a particle size range of D50:1~250 microns

2. Adopting a conical rotor and stator, controlling fineness and yield by adjusting the gap between the rotor and stator;

3. The rotor and stator are made of special wear-resistant steel, with a long service life of the components;

4. Powerful vortex flow field, material is instantly crushed, and the material stays in the cavity for a short time without temperature rise;

5. The processing air volume is large, the crushing temperature is low, and it is suitable for crushing thermosensitive and fibrous materials, especially for depolymerization and reduction of nano and micro material aggregates;

6. One machine with multiple uses, can achieve coating, modification, and dispersion through an external heat source, with sufficient coating, controllable temperature, unaffected by the environment, and good modification effect;

7. The control system adopts program control, which is easy to operate

8. Explosion proof design can be selected to meet the ultra-fine crushing processing requirements of flammable, explosive, and oxidizing materials.

operational principle

The materials are uniformly fed into the crushing chamber by the feeding system and are subjected to strong impact from the high-speed rotating grinding disc. The grinding rotor consists of multiple layers of grinding discs and multiple grinding discs. The materials are crushed by various grinding forces such as shear, collision, and friction. Qualified materials are collected in the collection area with the upward airflow, and coarse materials are returned to the crushing area for secondary crushing.
